How do I use Video Popout in GX?
Opera GX’s Video Popout is a convenient picture-in-picture feature that allows you to detach a video from its webpage and drag it anywhere on your screen.

Click this button, and the video will now appear in a smaller, detached window. You can resize the popout window as needed and drag it anywhere on your screen.
