How to use Opera’s Ad Blocker
Click the shield icon next to the address bar, then toggle on Block ads. On mobile, turn it on in Settings.
Once enabled, you can click the shield icon any time to see how many ads and which trackers have been blocked on the sites you visit.
Opera’s Ad Blocker has a tracker blocker built-in. To block trackers, click the shield icon next to Opera’s address bar. Then toggle on Block trackers.
Opera’s free Ad Blocker is already built into Opera’s mobile browsers. Download Opera for Android from the Google Play Store, Opera for iOS from the App Store, or Opera for Chromebook.
To use Opera’s Ad Blocker for iPhone, just open Settings and tap Ad Block. To use Ad Blocker on Android, tap your Profile, then Settings, and toggle on ad blocking.
Support any specific website you want by selecting Turn off for this site from Ad Blocker’s shield menu.
Open Settings → Privacy protection → Manage exceptions to add or remove websites from your Ad Blocker exception list.
