Am I eligible to participate in the Opera Fandom contest?
How do I participate in the Opera Fandom contest?
Online Submission:
- Go to opera.com/fandom
- A short creative text no longer than 500 characters OR a photo OR a video no longer than 3 minutes that describes the Entrant's best football memories / fan moments. The creative text or photo or video will be the only factor taken into account for the Winner selection. The file should be up to 100MB in PNG or JPEG format.
On Social Media Channels:
Post a short creative text no longer that 120 characters that describes the Entrant's best football memories / fan moments as a comment on Entrant's personal account on SoMe social media platform with hashtag #OperaFandom, AND perform an additional action that varies per channel:
On personal Instagram, Facebook or TikTok page:
Tag @opera and add hashtag #OperaFandom
On personal page Threads & X:

Are there any specific requirements for claiming the prize?
Because of the type of prize, you will need to have valid travel documents to travel across the US and being a US resident at the time of the prize claiming.
When does the contest start and end?
Entries for the Main Prize (as per Section 8 of these Rules) must be submitted no later than July 2nd, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. ET with the Winner to be selected and announced on July 3rd, 2026.

2 Main Prizes for 2 Winners with best submissions:
2 x package for a Miami football experience (Winner + Winner's Guest for each package) that includes:
2 tickets for a major international football event in Miami, July 18;
Travel for 2 persons to the venue in Miami from the Winner's location;
Accommodation for 2 persons for 2 nights in Miami (July 17 - 19, 2026)
The Jury will select two Winners with the best submissions for the abovementioned Main Prizes. The Winners will be selected by July 3rd, 2026.
Additional Prizes for Winners with next best submissions, include:
