No font anti-aliasing with static Qt in main menu and certain dialogs

Opera builds that are statically linked to Qt will not support anti-aliasing for fonts in the main menu (File, Edit, View, Navigation...) and certain dialog boxes (such as the open file dialog). The reason for this is that the Qt version used for static builds does not yet support anti-aliasing, and Qt is used for the main menu and the affected dialog boxes.

An older version of Qt is used in static builds for compatibility with older Linux distributions.
