A Web site is appearing in another language than my preferred one

This problem can be solved by making sure that your preferred language is specified correctly in Opera.

Go to Tools > Preferences > General, and next to the "Language" dropdown, click the "Details" button.

Under "Preferred languages for Web pages", select your preferred language, and click the "Up" button until it is at the top of the list.

If your preferred language is missing, you can add it by clicking the "Add" button, and selecting it from the list. Make sure that it is the first option in the "Preferred languages" list.

Click OK to confirm and close the languages dialog, and OK again to confirm and close the preferences dialog.
