Printing a frameset

If you wish to print a frameset in Opera, you can choose File > Print preview from the main menu or you can press Shift + P. The difference between the print preview of framesets and non-frameset pages is that there are additional options with framesets. By pressing Shift + P several times, you can cycle through the different print preview options for framesets. These options are:

  1. Show print preview as screen
  2. Show print preview one frame per sheet
  3. Show print preview active frame

If you choose to print the frameset, the result depends on which print preview is active.

  • Option 1 will result in a print that looks like the page as it is displayed on the screen
  • Option 2 will result in a print where each frame of the frameset is printed individually
  • Option 3 will result in a print where only the currently active frame will be printed
