Unknown file type or file download dialog

When Opera comes across an unknown file type not associated with an action or another application via Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Downloads (Mac: Opera > Preferences > Advanced > Downloads, a dialog box will appear. From here, you can decide what you would like to do with this file.
