Play sound when e-mail is received

Opera can play a sound when you get new e-mail. Please follow the instructions below to enable this:

  • Go to Tools > Mail and chat accounts
  • Highlight the account and press "Edit"
  • In the Account Properties window, click on the Incoming tab
  • Select "Play sound when new messages arrive" and click the "Choose" button to select a sound file. Only Waveform (.wav) files are supported for this feature.
