Removing the search field from the navigation bar

Removing the search field can be done by right clicking the field, and selecting "Remove from toolbar". If you have removed the search field, you can still place searches with the integrated search utility. More information on this is available in the article on searching from the address field.

If you ever need the search field back, you can add this to any toolbar. To enable it, right click the toolbar and select 'Customize Toolbar'.
