Using the Address Book in Opera Web Mail
This article explains how Opera Web Mail users can add a contact in the online Address Book:
- Select "Contacts"
- Press "Create Personal Contacts"
- Type in "Alias name", "E-mail address" and other personal information
- Press "Add Contact"
You can also add the sender of a message in your mailbox to your Contacts:
- Open the message and press "[Save Address]"
- Type in an "Alias name" and other personal details
- Press "Add Contact"
To use an address from your Address Book in a message please follow these instructions:
- "Compose" a message
- Click on "Address Book" just above the "To:" field
- This will open a pop-up window with your Personal Contacts details
- Select the names you wish to send a message to and choose between "To", "CC" and "BCC".
- Click "OK"
- When you have added all the names, click on "Done" and continue composing the message
To use the Address book in Opera Web Mail, make sure that Javascript is enabled and pop-up windows are accepted.
