Restricted image size in address bar, page bar and page/window cycler. This addresses issue reported in GreyMagic security advisory GM#007-OP: wide favicons could cover URL in the address line.

• Solved problem with duplicate addresses when using "Reply all"

UNIX-specific

• "Hide Opera" action iconifies top-level windows.
• Test and warn user about mailtos that contain characters that may be used to give unwanted arguments to an external mail client.
• "Flip Back shift" and "Flip Forward shift" actions work correctly.
• Solved problem with links being disabled after pasting in form field using middle mouse button.
