Embedded C++ Developers
Location: Linköping, Sweden, se
Opera is looking for excellent software developers to continue our innovation and market lead in mobile browsing. If you are motivated by challenging problems and are enthusiastic about browser technology we would like to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Innovate, design and deliver new features and versions
- Participate and contribute in all parts of the software development life cycle
- Take initiative and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Strong C++ skills and firm understanding of object oriented programming
- Drive and commitment to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Knowledge or personal interest in the mobile industry
- Good working knowledge of English
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent. Newly graduated candidates are encouraged to apply
Ideals (one or more)
- Experience with Product Line Architecture
- Some knowledge in Japanese is a plus, but not a requirement
- Experience embedded C++ programming or equivalent
- Experience with interaction design/usability work
- Experience with optimization of embedded platforms for speed, footprint and/or memory
