Opera is looking for excellent software developers for our Core Technology Department. Opera's platform independent Core components form the basis of all Opera products across a great variety of platforms and devices. If you are motivated by challenging problems and enthusiastic about browser technology we would like to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Optimization for speed, memory usage and code footprint.
- Implementation of new Web standards
- Porting the browser engine to new platforms.
- Browser technology innovation.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills.
- Good knowledge of Web standards
- Enthusiasm and motivation for working with complex problems and browser technology.
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field. Newly graduated candidates are encouraged to apply!
