Oslo, Norway

Located in Oslo, Norway, Opera headquarters is the development center for the Opera browser. Today, there are more than 300 employees working within Opera's sales, marketing, administration and engineering departments.

Satellite offices

Beijing, China

Our Chinese office is located in the heart of Beijing's central business district. The office is a key base for Opera's growing activities within the Chinese region, providing support for both sales and engineering. We are always on the lookout for talented engineers, quality assurance and business personnel to join our growing team.

Prague, Czech Republic

The office is in the heart of Prague, in a historical building next to the New Town Hall, in walking distance from most places of interest and in the transport hub of Charles Square (Karlovo náměstí). The beautiful city of Prague is an easy-going international city mixing the historical and contemporary culture, the cosmopolitan and the local with a long engineering tradition.

Chandigarh, India

Located in Chandigarh, Opera's office in India has been a recent addition to its global family. Currently the office employs a team of widget developers, quality assurance testers and an 'Open the Web' evangelist.

Tokyo, Japan

The Opera Tokyo office is a bustling multinational office with more than 40 employees located in the Shibuya area, also sometimes refered to as the Shibuya Valley. At the beginning of April, we can enjoy the view of the cherry blossom trees next to the river from our office.

Warsaw and Wrocław, Poland

With a fun and friendly office atmosphere combined with exciting international opportunities, there is little wonder that developers want a position with our teams in Warsaw and Wrocław, Poland. The Wrocław office was officially opened in November, 2006, and thanks to its great success, the Warsaw office followed in June, 2009. We are always on the lookout for talented developers and staff for these two offices.

Seoul, South Korea

Since its official opening in 2007, Opera's Korean office has established itself as an important development center for Opera's activities within Asia. Opera's office is located in Seoul's vibrant and growing business district known as Gangnam.

Göteborg and Linköping, Sweden

Opera's Swedish offices in Linköping and Göteborg offer a wide range of positions. From development to quality assurance and testing, there are plenty of opportunities and benefits from working at Opera's Swedish offices. The office in Linköping is located in a building from the late 19th century, with a tile stove in nearly every room. The Göteborg office, employing seven developers, and growing, is located in the center of Göteborg.

Taipei, Taiwan

Taiwan is a key strategic location for Opera, as it is an important OEM/ODM center and an integral part of the global IT eco system. The office is key to grow business relationships in the market and provide better customer service and technical support to key manufacturers and partners in Taiwan.

Mountain View and San Diego, USA

Opera has two office locations in California: Mountain View and San Diego. Both offices work closely with the industry players in their areas, and are the base of Opera's business development efforts throughout the US.
