Michael Tetzschner, (born 1954)

Tetzschner is Attorney at Law, and a Member of the Norwegian Bar Association. Previously, Tetzschner was president of Feedback Research Consulting AS, Norway, and Lifo Research & Consulting, Denmark, as well as the managing director ofthe Norwegian School of Management (Handelshøyskolen BI). Tetzschner has also been the Head of the Executive Board (Byrådsleder) of the Municipality of Oslo. He graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Oslo.

Tetzschner holds 25,000 shares and 25,000 options in the Company.
