Right click on any tab for the option to close all pages or to close all pages except for the one you are currently surfing.
Navigate faster by letting your mouse movements control the navigation. Browse between pages, open and close windows, and navigate links with quick mouse movements.
Go back by holding down the right button on your mouse while moving it to the left.
No more annoying pop-up advertisements. Opera lets you control the pop-ups you receive. Select to block them all or let the browser open only pop-ups that you have requested.
Press F12 on your keyboard to choose which pop-ups you block.
View blocked pop-ups by clicking on the trash can icon.

Save a collection of open pages as a session and open them at a later time or in the middle of another session with just one click.
Pick up where you left off by clicking “Continue from last time” when you start-up.

Use the zoom function to magnify pages up to 1000% and to shrink pages down to 20%.
Instantly zoom in our out by pressing the + or - keys.
The “Fit-to-Window” function adapts Web pages to fit to the width of your screen or browser window, eliminating the need to scroll horizontally.
Go to view in the main menu and select “Fit to window width” to watch the horizontal scrollbar magically disappear!
The entire Opera user interface can be changed by a couple of clicks of the mouse. In addition to the default skins provided, more skins can be downloaded from My Opera.
Scared of commitment? Download a new skin to see what it looks like. If it doesn’t suit you, simply click “no” when asked if you would like to keep the skin and everything will be back to the way it was. Voilà!
Opera’s password manager, the Wand, remembers your usernames and passwords so you will not have to. Log in manually once and use the Wand for later visits to a password-protected Web site.
Save your memory and time. Click on the Wand button or press Ctrl+Enter to automatically fill in the form and/or log in.
The small, yellow security bar, appears on secure sites and displays the name of the organization that owns the certificate. It also indicates the level of security present on a site.
Stay secure! Click on the security bar to access more info about the validity of the certificate.
The voice feature allows you to control the interface by talking and to have documents read aloud. The voice feature is customizable and adaptive according to your needs.
Not enough time to read the news? Have Opera read it for you by highlighting the text of the news article and using the command “Opera speak”.
